Collegiate bass anglers will test the waters of Kentucky Lake next week out of Paris Landing State Park Marina. Competition days are Sept. 23-24.
This popular event features no entry fee and will boast multiple weigh-in sessions during the two-day tournament and more than $40,000 of prizes.
This event will have more than 500 collegiate anglers from all over the country. There will be four weigh-ins on Saturday and three on Sunday at Paris Landing State Park. More information can be found at collegiatebasschampionship.com.
The tournament also features double points toward the coveted Bass Pro Shops School of the Year title.
Up to three anglers can fish in every boat.
Thursday and Sept. 22 will be official practice days for the tournament. The competitors will attend a greeting at 6 p.m. Sept. 22 at the Henry County Fairgrounds.
