Betty Darlene (Brown) Lowery, 52, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 in Jacksonville, TX. Services for Betty were Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home. Burial followed at Oakland Cemetery. A visitation was on Friday, December 16, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home.

Betty was born on April 19, 1970 at Baytown, TX to Russell Wayne and Mary Cynthia (Dickson) Brown. The family moved to the Rusk area during her teenage years around 1983. She graduated from Maydelle. In 1989 she met Patrick Lowery. In 1991 they were married and together they had five children. The family are members of Grace Fellowship Church.

She was preceded in death her parents; two brothers; a sister; and Patrick’s parents.
