As 2021 moves into its final months, the tournaments for bass fishing are growing fewer as the colder weather prepares to move in. However, eight bass fishing tournaments are scheduled from the end of September to the beginning of December.
“Bass fishing tournaments have become immensely popular,” said Russell Conner, owner of the Rusty Angler, a website that offers fishing tips and techniques. “The Bass Pro Tournament circuit can mean big money and great entertainment. However, some junior, college, kayak, and team tournaments are still upcoming.”
The 2021 Bass Pro Bassmaster Open at Lake Norman in Charlotte, NC is scheduled for September 23-25. This is one in a series of tournaments that tier up to the Bassmaster Classic and the Bassmaster Elite Series. The open tournaments are made up of pros and their co-anglers.
