ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The St. Petersburg Housing Authority on Friday unveiled The Legacy at Jordan Park, and the sentiment, for some, was that’s been a long time coming.
Jordan Park is the oldest public housing site in St. Pete, and now it’s officially back open. The facility is a brand new sixty-unit senior building, along with the completion of its surrounding family units.
For many residents, new and old, it’s a relief to be in a place they’ll call their forever home. That’s the case for one resident.
