South Laurel and Muhlenberg take top spots in KHSAA state bass tournament

South Laruel County’s girl’s bass fishing team won the 2024 Operation UNITE Bass Fishing State Tournament Saturday on Kentucky Lake in Calvert City. Haliey Anderson, third from the left in the photo above and Brooklynn Martin, fourth from the left in the photo above, took first place with a two-day total of 25-pounds and three pounces.
