OREGON HOUSE – Collins Lake in Yuba County lived up to its reputation as one of Northern California’s top big trout producers when the 205 trout anglers who fished in the third event in the 2021 NorCal Trout Angler’s Challenge (NTAC) series on Saturday, April 24 experienced superb rainbow action.

They set a record for the number of anglers bringing fish to the scales during any event in the NTAC’s 8-year history, reported Vince Harris, president of Angler’s Press Outdoors, the organization that created the NTAC series.
