Oh boy! Both hubby and I got our first COVID shot; now we just have to wait for the second one. We still have to be careful and stay safe because of our age and with other viruses going around. So please, if you feel sick or not like yourself, get checked and stay home.

I am sorry to say that we still are unable to hold our Sunday-night bingos due to COVID-19. This has been a very long year for so many of us. It is through the bingos that we raise the majority of our funds. The club thanks the RONA hardware store in Petawawa for allowing us to have a bottle setup inside to help raise the money we need for the wheelchair swing. The Civitan members really appreciate everyone’s support in this endeavour.

We are small group of people who work really hard to assist others in our community who could use some help.

We are planning a bass fishing tournament in August and hopefully a dance in September. We are also hoping to hold a yard sale as well and if at all possible…
